The Prayers of the Passion - Part 6

This past week we returned to our exploration of the longest recorded prayer of Jesus, found in John 17. In this Prayer of the Passion, we can find deep comfort in knowing how Jesus actually prays for His church (that's you and me!) right now in the Throne Room of heaven. Join me as I review in our study notes the Bible's clear teaching on the Intercessory Ministry of Jesus for His church, and how His prayers for you can give you strength and hope in your day to day battles.

God bless you as He carries you (and me) in prayer!

The Prayers of the Passion - Part 5

Ever wonder exactly HOW the perfect God-Man actually prayed to His Father? Ever wonder what a sinless prayer sounds like? What it’s like to be “perfectly" in His presence? Well this week we gain insight into that in our study of the longest recorded prayer in the life of Jesus… the High Priestly Prayer of John 17. Join me as we begin to recall the majesty of how Jesus prayed, where our eternal destiny was found in the midst of what He said, and how it can inspire us in our prayer lives today. But leave your shoes at the door… this is holy ground!
